**JOB TITLE**
Total Rewards Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | Human Capital
**ROLE SUMMARY**
The role is responsible for providing support to the Total Rewards team, conducting key activities such as Job evaluation, Market intelligence, Salary surveys and benchmarks to support Human Capital decision making. Analyze benefits and rewards schemes, monitor compensation and benefits policies, and ensure compliance with labour law and regulations of Majid Al Futtaim Countries of Operation.
**ROLE PROFILE**
- Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities using Korn Ferry methodologies.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage Compensation and Benefits (C&B) cycles, particularly for annual cycles like Merit increase and Bonus.
- Training: Collaborate with the Total Rewards (TR) Operations Manager to conduct training sessions for Human Capital Business Partner on compensation programs in Majid Al Futtaim.
- Remuneration Analysis: Analyze components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity.
- Compensation Reports: Run compensation and benefits reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness.
- Global Compensation Programs: Accountable for the operational management, implementation, and operation of Global Compensation programs and projects.
- Salary Benchmark Support: Assist with salary benchmark projects as required by Total Rewards Center of Excellence.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years experience in Total Rewards
- Strong and proven analytical and research skills
- Experience using compensation and benefits systems, SuccessFactors exposure advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and process execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
