**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities include:

- Take a leading role in a cross-functional team, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product designers, to translate system requirements into control system designs.
- Develop and implement control algorithms and strategies to achieve desired system performance and functionality.
- Participate in comprehensive testing and validation of control systems, including simulation, modeling, and hardware-in-the-loop testing.
- Identify and resolve complex control system issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting, working closely with the team to overcome challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of control system designs, specifications, and development processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry standards, and best practices in control engineering.

**Background & Skills**:
To be considered for this position, you need to have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and you have a strong interest and experience in control system design and implementation, preferably in the field of grid connected inverters or motor control. Furthermore, you have:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB/ Simulink, C, C++ and Python in connection with testing.
- In-depth Knowledge of control engineering principles, including system modeling, feedback control, and optimization.
- Understanding of hardware components and their interaction with control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for being part of a highly effective and cohesive team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality documentation and designs.
