**Export Documentation and Data Specialist**

***Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance and supervision of the NEEREs Technical Assistance Management, the Export Documentation and Data Specialist will support the TA team in documenting and archiving the execution of technical assistance and result-focused activities for all SMEs. This will be accomplished using the existing archiving system and tools.
Furthermore, the export data specialist will assist the TA team in ensuring comprehensive documentation that aligns with the project's indicators and KPIs.
In strong collaboration with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) unit, the specialist will support the TA team in generating quarterly reports and annual work plan documentation. Additionally, the specialist will actively review, organize, and store all export-related documents.

**Tasks**
- Responsible for overseeing the documentation and archival system for Result 1 data.
- Ensure the accuracy and the updates of records of all export-related documents (such as POs, GOEIC reports, bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs forms, certificates of origin, shipping documents, etc.).
- Review and verify the legitimacy of all presented documents by internal policies and legal mandates.
- Provide regular and punctual reports on the quantity, value, amount, and number of transactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date and precise record of all Technical Assistance (TA) extended by the project.
- Keep a current and accurate account of all activities involving service providers and their interactions with clients/business partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all expenditures related to TA activities delivered by the project, including tools for cost-effectiveness and annual amounts spent on each supported company.
- Engage with clients/business partners, export advisors, and service providers to acquire the required documents promptly, adhering to internal protocols and contractual commitments.
- Update the digital archive of Result 1, employing CRM/SQL or the online shared platform.
- Monitor the progress of the capacity index for all assisted firms.
- Support the integration of various cross-cutting aspects (Environment, Gender, Access to Finance, PSE, etc.).
- Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) unit in quarterly and annual reporting and the work plan process.
- Generate analytical reports as requested by the management team.
- Maintain a collection of success stories cultivated under the project.
- Support the TA manager in monitoring the daily progress of projects and activities with SMEs to keep Result 1’s TA work on track.
- Document and follow up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
- Conduct any other tasks as may be delegated by the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.A. or B.S. in a related field, with three years of relevant work experience providing similar support, preferably in an international organization or donor agency.
- Prior data collection and archiving experience
- Desirable background in reviewing export documents, familiarity with Egyptian exporting laws, and regulations, and practical experience in export operations.
- Robust understanding of the Egyptian economy and SMEs' role in Egypt.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations and able to
demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff and partners in a cross-cultural environment.
