**Job Summary**: The IT Specialist will be responsible for designing, editing, and maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and websites for both the company and its clients. Additionally, the role includes providing comprehensive technical support across all departments to ensure seamless IT operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**CRM Management**:

- Design, configure, and customize CRM systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide system administration support, including user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system.
- Analyze data to provide insights into operations and productivity.

**Website Development and Maintenance**:

- Design, develop, and maintain company and client websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Implement website updates, enhancements, and security measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support to all departments, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintain a high level of data integrity.
- Support the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.

Pay: From E£6,000.00 per month
