Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and clients to promote educational programs and training courses.
- Provide detailed information about programs, including curriculum, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to understand their needs and guide them in their educational journey.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tele sales or a related field, preferably in the education and training sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Monthly Target:
- Generate at least **100 qualified leads** through calls and follow-ups.
