Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistants to join our executive support team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level or less experienced individuals to gain valuable experience while providing essential support to our executives and learning from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist in basic administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.

Document Preparation: Help prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.

Task Coordination: Assist in tracking tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up on assignments.

Event Assistance: Provide support in planning and organizing meetings, events, and conferences.

Learning and Development: Work closely with senior assistants to learn best practices and develop administrative skills.

General Office Duties: Perform other office-related tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and handling mail.

Qualifications:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role. Internships or part-time roles are a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Skills**:Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
