- Receives and dispensing all incoming materials using the processes of receive and export points of warehouse
- Distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received
- Maintain Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.
- Inspects items as to quality and quantity and expiry dates of all products.
- Check the flow of the store from time to time
- Use "First in first out system " with all items inside warehouse.
- Print and record all orders receipts
