Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
**Skills**:
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
Strong proficiency with our tech stack:
Next.js
Supabase
TanStack Query
Zustand
Tailwind CSS
PostgreSQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
Ability to accurately estimate project timelines and resource requirements.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and discipline.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and enhancements.
Translate business and technical needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Set and prioritize story points while planning sprints accordingly.
Plan and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings.
Track, report, and communicate progress on requirements from initiation to completion.
Identify and resolve any blockers or issues that arise during the development process.
Ensure timely delivery of features and fixes in alignment with the product roadmap.
Work closely with the tech team to define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Pay: E£35,000.00 - E£55,000.00 per month
