**Key Accountabilities**

**Fleet & transportation Help Desk**:

- Complaints: receiving, investigating and solving the complaints related to fleet team/ service
- Reports: create reports for the fleet activities, spend, SCU status/ maintenance & license schedule as well as vendors performance and payments
- Payment: receiving and handling the invoices for fleet, transportation and maintenance
- Contract: follow up on the contracts/ contracts renewals

**Technical / Professional Expertise**
- Good command of English.
- Fleet experience is a plus.
- Good ability to use Microsoft office.
- BSC degree.
