**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented Head of Product Management and Strategy to lead product management excellence and strategic initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent product management standards, methodologies, and best practices, while driving alignment across product teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.

**What will you do**:
**1. Central Product Management Excellence**:

- Establish and maintain consistent product management standards, methodologies, and best practices across all business departments.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to product managers to ensure high-quality product delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive alignment across product teams, ensuring coherent roadmaps, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to company objectives.
- Implement frameworks for performance measurement, product health metrics, and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product development.

**2. Strategy Formulation**:

- Lead strategic research initiatives to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and refine the company’s long-term strategy.
- Drive cross-functional strategic discussions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Synthesize complex data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the development of strategic plans, ensuring they are adaptable, measurable, and aligned with Taager’s mission.
- Fully immerse in our Merchant's experience standing on opportunities for enhancement across the organization.
- Lead different hypothesis validation experiments in different areas across the company.
