**Job Summary**

As a Sales Specialist at iSchool, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services. You will play a critical role in establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving our sales success through strategic efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers through both phone calls and live chat platforms to promote and sell iSchool’s courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about our offerings, and guide potential customers through their decision-making process.
- Reach out to leads generated through various channels, including online marketing and referrals.
- Manage and follow up with a pipeline of prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Provide personalized consultation to understand the needs of parents and recommend appropriate courses for their children.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to both call and chat performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an excellent level of English.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries through multiple channels (phone, chat).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a solid sales record.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation and a passion for helping customers.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
