Our client is a Saudi-based multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with a design office in Cairo.

They specialize in civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, offering services such as design, project management, planning, feasibility studies, and construction supervision.

Their focus on innovation, sustainability, and adherence to international standards ensures the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Establish and maintain a culture of quality excellence within the team.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes and procedures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with established standards, specifications, and Saudi building codes.
- Review project documents, construction plans, and specifications to identify potential quality issues and collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve them.
- Prepare detailed QC reports, maintain records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Present findings to project management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize Revit software to coordinate project information and streamline communication between project teams. Ensure that Revit models align with project specifications and quality standards.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control, preferably in mixed-use and tower projects
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit software for project coordination and management, with the ability to use it effectively in the context of engineering consultancy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the QC team to achieve quality objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring the highest quality standards are met in every aspect of the project.
- Relevant certifications in quality control, construction management, or related fields would be a plus
