Infor Managed Services (IMS) team in Egypt is looking for Technical Consultants/Software Engineers to help us build / maintain, and test solutions on multiple platforms with on-prem/cloud deployments. If hired, you will be responsible for ensuring world class managed services support for IMS clients worldwide.

**A Day in The Life Typically Includes**:
A- Incident/Change/Problem Management:

- Responsiveness to close customer requests/Incidents
- Preventing re-occurrence of issues.
- Analyze, develop and test orchestration solution on multiple platforms with on-premise and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with others and deliver results in an agile team.

B- Process Compliance:

- All mandatory trainings have been completed on time.
- Timely Completion of Time Sheets.
- Comply with processes set by Service Operations Managers per contract.

C- Competency Development:

- Support people in the Practice with coaching & mentoring for new joiners and early talent trainees.
- Industry and Technology Skill Transformation.

D- Improvement/Initiative Engagements:

- Volunteer involvement on initiatives.
- Active contribution to Shift Left.
- Active contribution to develop and adopt tooling’s.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
- 2 years of experience with Python/Java/Go programming.
- Interested in building, testing and presenting solutions.
- Good understanding of/Experience with SaaS with one or more cloud providers AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Good understanding of/Experience Docker and Kubernetes.
- Merit if experience with a full stack and Angular.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to verbally present complex concepts and technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
- Flexibility to work on shifts for prolonged times (shifts being stable as locked to a time Zone like US or EMEA).
- Provide on Call support during weekends when necessary

**What will put you ahead**:

- Experience with Infor M3.
- Experience with any other ERP.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills
