**Description**:
This role will be responsible for ensuring that the agile methodology is applied within the VBU Marketing squads, and as a Scrum Master you will be required to support Vodafone’s key strategic growth areas in Digital industry and following the Agile mind-set requires a highly capable and experienced Agile Coach.

**Job Responsibility**:
As a scrum master, you are responsible for guiding teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement. They provide hands-on support to all agile team members, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement.

This task entails implementing Agile process, principles and practices across squad level and technical/ business departments in an organization. The scrum master must use techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation

You will work closely with Agile teams ensure the Agile framework is being well digested ,followed and improved over sprints.

**Required Criteria**:

- Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile concepts
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Certified Scrum Master or similar
- JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience is a must
- Must have proven hands-on experience in managing projects in agile environments
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence.
- Ability to maintain calm attitude during difficult situations and handle pressure situations.
- Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement across the agile delivery processes.
- Highly independent, takes ownership, does not need to be told what to do and seeks feedback and execute actions.
