IT and Communication Manager will lead the establishment and management of IT infrastructure and communication systems at the **new headquarters in Cairo**. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of technology and effective communication channels to support our business objectives in the Egyptian market.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Lead the ICT initiatives across the group.
- Ensure security adherence as per the global standard.
- Ensure service management followed as per the highest standard of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the IT team (Service group, Data center team, network, and communication team).
- Develop and maintain budget yearly.
- Develop and report operation reports.
- Develop and report KPIs.
- Ensure business continuity is maintained and tested.
- Manage the ICT asset in the group.
- Manage and create related IT policies.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing IT systems.
- Experience with or proper knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
- Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
- Experience in Oracle Implementation.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
