**1. Recruitment**

1.4. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, introducing them to departments and staff, providing copies of the employee handbook, company policies, and related professional procedures for acknowledgment.

1.5. Notify company staff about new employee onboarding in accordance with approved mechanisms.

**2. Attendance, Leave, and Permissions**

2.1. Calculate employees’ daily working hours and verify them using available mechanisms, such as fingerprint records, daily attendance logs from projects or field sites, etc.

2.2. Process requests for leave, permissions, and assignments, providing detailed reports on these requests to payroll management.

**3. Leave Management**

3.1.Coordinate with department heads to develop an annual leave plan for all employees and submit it to HR management for approval.

3.2. Process requests for official leave, including issuing visas, travel documents and booking flight tickets.

3.3. Handle requests for non-official leave, such as emergency, unpaid, sick, or study leave.

3.4. Conduct initial calculations for leave allowances and submit them to the payroll department.

**4. Insurance Management**

4.1. Add and remove employees from social insurance.

4.2. Submit work injury and occupational accident claims to social insurance and follow up until resolution.

4.3. Coordinate between injured employees and social insurance.

4.4. Add employees or their families to medical insurance, upgrade coverage, or cancel policies as needed.

4.5. Process medical claims for employees and their families.

**5. Government Employee Transactions**

5.1. Prepare employee-related letters addressed to official and governmental entities.

**6. Employee Evaluation Management**

6.1.Coordinate probationary period evaluations with direct supervisors.

6.2. Coordinate evaluations for confirmed employees with direct supervisors.

6.3. Notify employees of their evaluation results.

**7. Contract Management**

7.1.Create employee files, ensuring all required documents are included, such as job offers, contracts, ID copies, certificates, etc.

7.2. Renew contracts and handle them

7.3.Inform employees of termination decisions and initiate end-of-service procedures.

7.4. Process resignation requests, and notify the employee's direct supervisor.

7.5. Communicate with resigned employees to understand resignation reasons and inform the HR Manager of findings.

7.6. If necessary, re-establish contact with former employees to leverage their expertise and knowledge.

**8. Coordination with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**

8.1. Ensure the company office complies with Ministry of Labor requirements for OHS procedures and submit status reports to HR management.

**9. Reporting**

9.1. Report the number of occupational injuries recorded and unrecorded with social insurance.

9.2. Submit attendance reports to direct supervisors and the HR Manager

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Five years of experience in HR management in Egypt.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong communication skills.

**Appendix: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Accuracy of social insurance processing requests.
- Accuracy in renewing electronic recruitment requests.
- Completion rate of employee files.
