Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages - Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services - Offer presentation and quotation - Organizing travels from beginning to end, including : o Air-tickets reservations o Electronic check-in o Hotel and services reservations through online systems (GDA, DOTW) and through partners, transportation. - Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials - Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. - Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns - Congress attendance subscription - Create and update electronic records of clients - Maintain relationships with key persons - Keep financial statements and documents - Reach the revenue and profit targets
- BA. University degree and preferred the graduated from Tourism and hotels. - Proven working experience with minumum years of experience at least 5 years as a travel consultant with very good knowledge of corporate account field. - Excellent knowledge of GDS Sabre airline system. - Fluent English language is a must. - Sales skills and customer oriented approach - Experience of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc) - Events coordinator experience in corporate accounts field. - Computer Microsoft skills is a must.
