**About the job**:
Warehouse Operations, associated with Finished products process includes receiving, storing, and dispatching process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise work reports to the direct manager continuously.
- Communicate with concerned sections in the department to achieve department strategy.
- Initiate, modify, and improve related SOPs to comply with compony regulations, QA instructions and cGMP guidelines.
- Receive the finished products from the production according to the related SOPs.
- Locate, monitor the finished goods in the warehouse.
- Follow up the warehouse cleaning & storage conditions i.e. environmental conditions to ensure the limits verification.
- Follow up the inventory to achieve the good warehousing practices.
- Communicate with production finished responsible persons to specify the delivery processes and scheduling the delivery times.
- Implement warehouse instructions in all over warehouse processes.
- Make gap analysis for the non-covered requirements and raise reports for direct manger.
- Initiate and follow up deviation reports to concerned department for any deviation.
- Make and keep track of change control requests & risk assessments for the new requirements and needs.
- Implement CAPAs, Actions with the ideal methods to meet standards and guidelines requirements.
- Record the data in logbooks with respect to c GMP requirements and data integrity concepts.
- Assure implementation of good receipt process, visual & physical inspection, and identification of materials with respect to SOPs.
- Initiate NCRs reports for the non-conform cases.
- Implement the good receipt process of finished products from production & delivery process to distributers.
- Implement good receipt of finished products process, visual & physical inspection, and locating of finished products in warehouse.
- Implement delivery processes to distributers due to sales requests with respect to finished products SOPs.
- Ensure storage of the right number of materials, goods, and products in the right location to feed the business’s and production's operational demands.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Assure a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures.
- Implement high standards of security in the warehouse by commitment with security procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/ science.
- 3-5 years of work experience in fulfilment, shipping, or inventory in the Pharma industry warehousing.
- Good awareness of GSP / GDP / cGMP practices as well as FEFO rules.
- Good experience of quality assurance regulations and SOP written.
