- Writing social captions for press links.
- Support the development and execution of the firm’s brand strategy. Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels and materials.
- Organize and manage media events, press conferences, and other public relations activities. Handle logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure successful execution of events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of crisis communication strategies. Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders during challenging situations.
- Collaborate with the social media team to create and manage content that supports PR initiatives. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the online community as needed.
- Track and report on PR and communications metrics, including media coverage, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist with translating marketing materials between Arabic and English.
- Other tasks as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in PR and communications, preferably within the real estate or professional services sector.
- Demonstrated success in media relations, content creation, and campaign management
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to various audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and PR management tools. Knowledge of media monitoring software and analytics tools is a plus.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
- Certifications and Licenses: Local driving license required.
- Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
- Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
