We are hiring HR Director, In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing all HR activities and ensuring that HR operations align with our strategic business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and employee satisfaction
- Lead and manage the HR department, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to HR professionals
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
- Design and manage performance management systems to assess and enhance employee performance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices
- Administer compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Foster a positive company culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues and develop solutions to workplace conflicts
- Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and make data-driven decisions
- Work closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR management role
- Strong background in retail industry it's a MUST.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business goals
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency in using HR metrics
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree is preferred
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are a plus
