**Role Profile**:

- Billing helpdesk specialist are primarily responsible for addressing customer complaints, concerns and questions related to the billing of products and services. Usually process requests related to the payments of bills, billing schedules, payment methods and any other billing related concerns in a timely manner to minimize the adverse financial impact on customer.
- In addition, to provide assistance for questions and resolve problems related to different types of billing inquiries. Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues. Requesting feedback and/or monitoring methods of correspondence to improve customer experience. Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Managing mailboxes (CBSC, VGE, VGE GE and invoice upload)
- Organize resources so they are easy to locate.
- Resolve customer issues using company products.
- Answer customer questions and offer them access to helpful resources.
- Direct questions to the right department when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and recurring user problems.
- Handle Simple and intermediate Queries
- Experience within Customer Service minimum 1 year and within Backoffice minimum 6 months is a MUST.
