- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Work closely with the business analysis team, business owner, and Architecture to analyze business requirements.
- Deliver projects with high quality and on time.
- Work closely with other IT teams to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the requirements.

- Owns the responsibility of the requirements end-to-end from the analysis and design phase till the post-production checks.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- 3plus Years of experience in configuration, Deployment, and fine-tuning Siebel CRM
- Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices
- Expert in Workflow, EScript, EIM, TaskUI.
- Hands experience in configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS, and Rest APIs
- Experience in Siebel Open UI PM and PR
- Hands-on experience in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution
- Experience in Siebel Marketing, Lead Management
- Experience in Java, JQuery, HTML, and CSS is desired
