**Job Summary**

ERP Projects Manager will lead the implementation of new processes that require ERP configuration. They evaluate and propose changes to ERP system requirements to fulfill the organizational needs. They also provide leadership as the business undergoes an ERP to promote the existing flow of business.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Project planning and execution, issue and risk management, stakeholder management, and developing and delivering effective communication
- Develop and deliver project-related activities including scheduling, resourcing, backlog management, and proposal development
- Updating and tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Managing project issues and dependencies to ensure on-time program deliverables
- Foster continued growth of the team’s project management capabilities, improving knowledge and experience within the PMO
- Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Project Management Office
- Drives project activities in a context of business and ITS transformation
- Proactively assess and mitigate project risks
- Gather project requirements and definitions with various internal business units and external third party companies
- Write documentation including project objectives, implementation details, process flow diagrams and steps
- Responsible for all aspects of Enterprise Applications CRM and ERP projects and implementations
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals, project priorities, and delivery dates

**Qualifications & skills**

**Education**

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS, or Business Administration or at least 10 years of experience in a related field.

PMP or related certification is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience implementing projects to support complex ERP system implementation and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with complex ERP Integrations.
- Ability to PM a solution while managing people
- Experience implementing solutions deployed both on-premise and in the cloud is highly desired
- Healthcare projects background is a must.

**Skills**
- Very good written and verbal language skills.
- Solid project management skills - managing tasks, resources, scope, and budget, identify and mitigate risks.
- Effective communication both verbally and in written addressing at all levels of Management, Client, Team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proactive identification and management of risks.
- Ability to navigate the dynamics in a multi-vendor environment with varying priorities and goals.
- Excellent presentation skills and client presence.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative with creative thinking with attention to detail.

**Working Conditions**
- Hours: Full Time
- Days off: 2 days off
- Hybrid working environment.
- Travel to Aswan
