TransPioneers is currently seeking an energetic, systematic, curious and business-minded devotee of quality to fill the role of Translation Vendor Coordinator.

**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Recruiting, screening and onboarding new vendors to fulfill production requirements.
- Maintaining vendor records.
- Negotiating pricing and setting contract terms with existing vendors.
- Supporting continuous improvement in quality, capacity, and pricing.
- Determining corrective measures for translation quality that falls below TransPioneers standards and establish follow-up measures.
- Working closely with management and Project Managers to project new resource needs, resource quality and feedback, and other resource-related matters.
- Serving as the face of TransPioneers to vendors and developing strong vendor relationships through excellent communication.

**Requirements**:

- Effective, professional, precise communication in English, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiations and pricing discussions.
- A business-focused approach to analyzing data and recognizing trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite.
- Proficiency in memoQ or other CAT tools preferred.
- A minimum of **three years** of experience coordinating and evaluating resources providing professional services in a fast-paced company.
- Experience in the Translation industry is a **MUST**.

**Experience**:

- Translation Vendor Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)
