YOU’LL WORK ON:
You will enrich the fast moving department of the supply chain with its four main pillars to help effectively and efficiently deliver our proprietary high tech product for the electric vehicle market. You will have a focus on logistics & warehousing and will be reporting to the head of supply chain.

YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:

- Expanding and optimizing our warehouse function to become world class by:

- Become part of the company management team taking important decisions and driving the overall growth and trajectory of the company

YOU ARE:

- Bachelor degree in engineering, supply chain, warehousing, logistics or similar
- 7 or more years of work experience with exposure to warehouse management and logistics
- Prior experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Proven record of effective leadership of small teams
- Strong knowledge and experience in setting-up warehouse functions and optimizing warehouse operations
- Experience with both local and global logistics is preferred
- Previous Experience working with ERP systems is required, while experience on SAP is a plus
- An audacious and ambitious enthusiast for cleantech and climate change mitigation, with a passion for electric vehicles. You want to change the world
- A resourceful problem solver with a track record of working on entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial projects
- An excellent communicator who is able to work with different styles of people and influence different stakeholders
- You have a lot of grit and agility to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
