We would like to unite all types of gamers and ecosystem players: Console, PC, Mobile Gamers, Amateur or Professional E-Sports Players, E-Sports organizers, Game Studios, Game publishers, Non-Profit Organizations, Retailers, Pre-Owned Equipment buyers and sellers: Unlike others, La3eb will be built exclusively for Arabic speaking gamers considering their preferences from payment methods to loyalty programs and connects them with the local gaming community.

It’s amazing to see how gamers from different parts of the region can interact as elves, dwarves, and other creatures from fantasy worlds and remain united in virtual reality. We believe that by bringing the community of gamers under one roof, we can take the gaming world to another level of excitement in the region. That's why our massive transformative purpose (MTP) is “Unite gamers, ignite happiness”.

La3eb isn’t only a platform for playing but a unifying place to where upbeat, fun, tech-savvy, gaming geeks Connect, Create, Shop and Play; all on one app.

We are a KSA-based company and we are building distributed teams who will be working remotely based in KSA and Turkey. We want to create a team of ideal team players who are;

- Smart enough to have good judgement and intuition around the subtleties of the impact of their words and actions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take part in the full life cycle of mobile Android products; handling launch and continuous improvement for the La3eb platform.
- Be flexible and understand of Agile principles
- Ability to work independently if necessary
- Collaboration with the product owner on the business side and the business analysts with the aim of gathering specifications and shipping to the production.
- Implementation of the QA process, in collaboration with the relevant team.
- Drive feature development and help improve end-to-end product quality.
- Write Unit Tests.

**Functional Skills**:

- Knowledge of the development languages and tools for the main Android platform, including profiling and testing tools.
- Knowledge in Kotlin, with a knowledge of its ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Android Lollipop and newer + Android Studio
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- A good understanding of modern Android development and tools.
- Basic knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Up-to-date with the latest android libraries and components (Architecture components, Room, Lifecycle,.... )
- Understanding of dependency injection
- Exposure to analytics, push notification, and attribution tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust,....)
- Knowledge of versioning software tools (Git).
- Experience with integration of apps with web services (SOAP, REST).
- Understand client-side development.
- Passion for object-oriented, well-structured, readable, and testable code.
- Basic knowledge of software design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Basic Knowledge of OOP best practices, pattern-oriented architecture, and the principles of architectural design.
- Basic Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading
- A passion for clean code.

**Education & Experience**:

- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field and at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Have great written and verbal communication skills.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken, and if not to show continuous improvement to avoid dependency

**Preferred Other Skills**:

- Experience in Kotlin Coroutines
