We believe in the power of talent and are committed to nurturing a high-performing and engaged workforce. As a Sales Executive at Chefaa, you will play a critical role in acquiring new pharmacy clients and driving direct sales from pharmacies.
**Responsibilities**
- Focuses on acquiring new pharmacies to expand the company's client base within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Identify and research potential Pharmacies to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with pharmacies.
- Coordinate with the pricing team to develop mutually beneficial proposals tailored to the needs and preferences of pharmacy clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate contract terms with the pharmacy and legal team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor execution of contracts with the pharmacies as agreed, ensure adherence to agreed terms and proactive management of any operational issues.
- Gather useful information from pharmacy and competitor data to identify the growth opportunities.
- Proactively track the sales pipeline, and increase the qualified prospects to the pipeline.
- Track and report the progress of the proposal and contract agreement., ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to meet client expectations and sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales.
- Preferably with background in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in Business English is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to execute sales plans based on historical data.
- Aptitude in establishing rapport and influencing key stakeholders.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
**Working Setup**
- Working Schedule: 5 days per week
- Outdoor Work: 80% of the time
