About JLL MEA

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator. This role will be working on a major scheme in Cairo, Egypt

What this job involves

Responsible for leading and executing all 3D requirements for projects
Leads and directs designers in order to provide sufficient information to develop all visuals
Ensures designers are able to meet project’s timelines in relationship to renders
Provides constructive feedback to team members in order to improve existing standards and method of delivery
Develops and maintains digital finishes and accessory library in order to develop 3Ds in an efficient manner
Demonstrate ability to accessorize visuals independently and according to each project/ views settings
Supports in implementing drawings standards and ensuring all team members can follow accordingly
Responsible for ensuring all drawing packages are fully coordinated with all other project team members
Understands local and global design regulations (i.e. washroom counts, net internal areas, densities, etc)
Able to take direction from senior designer and develop design packages
Able to prepare technical drawings independently from other team members. Understands technical drawings structure (layers, blocks, filing structure, circulation requirements, etc)
Able to demonstrate ability to detail architectural components for ceilings, partitions, flooring, and joinery
Can conduct construction supervision with minor support from senior members
Assists and supports team with design needs as required
To promptly bring to the attention of their team leader and/or the associates any matters related to projects for which they are responsible which may be detrimental to the company
To have a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, building regulations and legislation, and the roles and responsibilities of client, landlords, property agents, statutory authorities, and other members of the design and construction teams.
Possesses skills and knowledge to perform all parts of the job effectively, efficiently and safely.
Understands and promotes department mission and values.
Attentive to detail and accuracy
Demonstrates thoroughness, completeness, follow through on presentation and appearance of work.

Degree Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Possesses computer skills and knowledge to perform job duties and responsibilities. Able to work on PS, In-Design, Autocad, BIM, 3DMax, Sketch-up, & Lumion
Ability to establish short and long-term goals and objectives.
Defines problems/central issues and develops a strategy/ plan
Influences others to achieve department and organizational goals.
Promotes ethical behavior. Provides on the job training and development.
Encourages and enhances teamwork, able to work with designers and mentor patiently in order to teach architectural standards and detailing
