All radiating from its welcoming central plaza, situated in the heart of Sheikh Zayed located on the 26th of July corridor main spine, which connects the cities of Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October with the central Cairo area.

Crowne Plaza West Cairo - Arkan, the 178-room new build will form part of Phase II of Arkan Plaza. The Hotel is 10 minutes away from the “new” Grand Egyptian Museum and 15 minutes from the Great Pyramids of Giza. It is also in close proximity to Cairo International Airport and will be just 10 kilometers away from Sphinx International Airport. Business and leisure travelers can get the best of both worlds with three meeting rooms and a business center along with an outdoor pool and Club Lounge

We are currently looking for a Reservation Supervisor to join our amazing team.

**Your day to day**
Assist in managing hotel revenue generation and maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications.
- Complete records and reports in regard to room availability and guest room commitments; forecast weekly occupancy and rate. *Maintain historical records of reservations arrivals, cancellations and denials to assist in formulating future reservations estimates.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Monitor group reservation activity daily and communicate status with sales department.
- Communicate fluctuations in room occupancy to operations so that appropriate staffing adjustments and efficiencies are maintained. *Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.
- Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
