**Requirements**:

- Ensures the platform is scalable and reliable, effectively meeting company needs.
- Monitors operations support processes to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Participates in designing, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure updates to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Develops and coordinates team rosters to ensure resource availability.
- Participates in conducting root cause analysis and effectively communicates findings to stakeholders.
- Identifies, clearly communicates, and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members’ roles
- Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related field
- Previous team leadership experience is required
