**Salesforce Developer**, Egypt**

**Purpose of the Job**

This position is accountable for Coptic Orphans' technology solution design, development, implementation, and maintenance. The position responsibilities include acting as the second level of support for issues and inquiries; keeping track of the systems' architecture design; ensuring Coptic Orphans' systems availability, reliability, scalability, and security**.**

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Analyze, design, develop and implement all needed systems' automation to ensure that users are able to do their system-related responsibilities with minimum effort and time.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Ensure that the system satisfies the needs of all departments
- Act as second-level support for issues and inquiries performs troubleshooting as required, and lead problem-solving efforts involving internal, and external customers, outside vendors, and other support personnel and/or organizations
- Responsible for implementing needed modifications and design changes requested for the current system's functionalities
- Ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission-critical systems.
- Keep track of the system architecture design and ensure design compatibility
- Perform proactive system monitoring to identify any performance and/or data consistency issues

**Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems management, or related fields
- 1 - 2 years of related professional experience
- Strong experience in complex system design, implementation, and security
- Strong CRM system development and design capabilities with excellent troubleshooting skills, Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Strong Database development experience
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented systems and their relational design
- Good experience in Object-Oriented Programming. (Java & Javascript programming experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Data Analysis and Data Visualization
- Ability to identify and solve problems, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to gather, analyze and present information and numerical data effectively and a demonstrated, high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all duties
- The ability to coordinate/utilize external vendors to ensure project success and smooth delivery

**Travel and Working requirements**
- Occasional travel, nationally or internationally, is expected
- Working out of the official hours and on weekends may be required
