**Purpose of the job**
- Handling the inbound & outbound roaming agreements, implementing the international and interconnect WOs and handling the customer compliant regarding roaming & interconnects complaints

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Revise and monitor 24/7 infobip KPIs to assure no impact /revenue losses of the legitimate traffic (International & Interconnect calls and SMS).
- Handle 24/7 the interworking SMS / Voice complaints escalated from interconnect operators, roaming partners and SMS Hubs.
- Handle the IR21 updates on daily basis with infobip team.
- Work with SMSc & infobip teams in the large account problems ex. NBE,... From network perspective.
- working with infobip & wholesale teams to whitelisting / blacklisting any SMS /voice sender requested by any operator / HUB.
- Interface from interconnect & roaming side for all action plans (modernization, upgrade, etc ).
- Follow up the SR according its severity and SLA 24/7.
- Investigate the SMS complaints and confirm if there is a problem in infobip system 24/7.
- In case of suspected problem, contact the vendor and open the required SR 24/7.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- B.Sc. In telecommunication and electronics engineering**.**

**Experience**
- Fresh grad

**Skills and abilities**
- Good knowledge in GSM and UMTS.
- Acceptable knowledge in call & sms scenarios protocols.
- Acceptable knowledge in SS7 and diameter protocols
