- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Include but not limi_ted to
- Analyzes data, reports, and processes to improve the productivity, profitability, and sustainability of the laundries and factories as well as the product through initiation and implementation of projects that optimize costs, efficiency, and quality.
- Recommends the best methods, processes, chemicals, equipment utilization, and processes for laundries and factories in an on-going basis.
- Investigates, plans, and collaborates with Engineering, Production and Quality to develop and implement Cost Reduction projects, including planning, analysis, coordination and follow-up towards the results.
- Reviews laundry processes across vendors; to establish best practices collaborating with Quality Assurance.
- Collaborates with Sourcing and Merchandising on FOB savings.
- Supports laundries and factories with collaborative development for better solutions such as crew structuring, process changes and improvements, and maximizing efficiencies.
- Determines cost and environmental impacts for special requests by Engineering, Costing, Merchandising, and/or upper management groups.
- Stays informed timely on advancements on materials, technology and chemicals.
- Works with development centers and vendors to deliver cost saving opportunities prior to industrialization.
- Works with vendors to improve efficiencies, to drive productivity upwards, to improve quality and lead time.
- Quarterly goals and objectives reports are required, as well as detailed factory trip reports with summaries of opportunities, results of tests, and photos/diagrams.
- Focuses on smart sustainability from equipment, process and chemical angle.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Assists when needed in workplace safety.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- Include but not l_imited to
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Wide knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Wet Processing and Laundry Services.
- Experienced in initiating and engaging internal communication with various departments across different locations.
- Experienced in connecting and driving the external stakeholders (e.g. vendors) to achieve determined goals.
- Demonstrated experience in proposing cost reduction ideas to internal stakeholders/customers for their satisfaction and trustful work relationship with them.
- Able to convert ideas and data into feasible action plans.
- Proficient level of English in both speaking and writing.
- Demonstrated competencies on out-of-the-box thinking, critical thinking, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree of Science in Engineering or equivalent
