- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gain within the quality management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze quality metrics to monitor performance and identify trends or issues that require corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs related to quality management, quality control, and process improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality management practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, partnership, and product development teams, to ensure the implementation of quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external auditors to address quality-related concerns and facilitate effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-6 years of experience in quality.
- Strong knowledge of quality management system and methodologies.
- Certified COPC and six sigma is a must
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
