**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Sales Expertise:

- Senior technical leader with established technology experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with CxO level customers
- Ability to create & sell Kyndryl vision to address customer's business imperatives

Technical Expertise:

- Deeply rooted in different IT offerings with breadth of expertise across solutions
- Can effectively translate business requirements to technical requirements

Industry Expertise:

- Builds and maintains relevant knowledge of the industry environment; aligned to 2-3 industries (and within a market)
- Engages with senior customers on relevant industry challenges & emerging trends

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Selling:

- Earn Customer’s trust and respect to become their strategic technology services partner
- Bring deep technical expertise and a point-of-view to every opportunity - know the Customer & industry, and how kyndryl offerings enable their transformation
- Use technical capabilities and experiential selling to inspire customers’ confidence in kyndryl’s strategic solutions and to co-create strategies that are tied to Business outcomes
- Commit to define and deliver quantifiable Customer outcomes by teaming across kyndryl and the ecosystem
- Step up with great confidence, clarity, sustained tenacity and resilience to win against the competition - drawing on our unique value propositions, capabilities and competitive positioning

- Current industry technical components and their infrastructure which drive meaningful IT transformation discussions
- A Customer’s challenges and an understanding of kyndryl’s industry solutions

- Managed Infrastructure as a Service

- Network architecture building, assessment, and optimization

- Advisory and implementation project-based services
