**Key Responsibilities**:
- **
Project Coordination**:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned industrial projects across various countries.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams (e.g., technical experts, sales, logistics), and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, subcontractors).
- Prepare regular project reports for management.
- **
Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- **
Operational Support**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, International Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within an international environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
