**Role Description**:
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance a company's brand. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading a team. Key tasks include setting strategic marketing goals, analyzing market trends, coordinating with other departments, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Marketing Director ensures that all marketing activities align with the company’s objectives and contribute to its overall success.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. This includes identifying target markets, setting clear objectives, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
- Protecting and enhancing the organization's brand reputation is a core responsibility.
- Oversee branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and values across all marketing channels.
- Handle crisis management if the brand faces challenges or negative publicity.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Plan and execute branding campaigns, including promotional activities and collaborations, to elevate the owner's personal brand.
- Work with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to ensure brand alignment and support company-wide objectives.
- Oversee the creation of branded content, including advertising, social media, website content, and promotional materials.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Business unit heads, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
- Recommend and implement new approaches and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing with 7 in management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and market research. - Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of personal branding methodologies.

**Job Conditions**:

- Work Location: AlMohandeseen, Giza, Egypt. (On-Site).
- Working Hours: 9 Hours, including 1 hour break.
- Days Off: 2 Days

Pay: Up to E£10.00 per month
