**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, execute, and follow up on the preventive maintenance program for cold stores and material handling equipment.
- Review, enhance and ensure proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Initiate Purchase requisitions for required spare parts (Local-Foreign) and services and ensure delivery on-time.
- Conduct quarterly review of spare parts items availability and ensure that Critical Items are available on stock.
- Responsible for updating skill Matrix for Cold Stores Maintenance team and arrange a proper training plan filling skill gap.
- Prepare Annual Budget for cold stores R&M, operating supplies, and utilities.
- Prepare Annual Operating Plan for Environmental KPIs (Water - Energy Consumptions) and follow up consumptions on daily basis to ensure sustainable performance.
- Prepare and Follow-up the overhauling program of the cold store’s equipment.
- ensure set points of temperature, humidity and CO2 required to maintain the quality of stored potatoes & corn in 6 October & Abo Seir plants are met.
- Follow-up the condition of the agricultural tractors and follow up their maintenance& overhaul with the agent to ensure that there is no downtime.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- Experience in logistics is preferred.
- The job holder needs to have good knowledge about potato growing, processing and quality parameters.
