Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, monitor, and maintain the deployment and operation of the company's OpenStack cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking components
- Automate and streamline OpenStack provisioning, configuration, and scaling using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Heat
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the OpenStack environment, such as performance bottlenecks, networking problems, and storage failures
- Implement and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for the OpenStack environment
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for common OpenStack administrative tasks
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for the OpenStack platform
- Continuously research and evaluate new OpenStack features, technologies, and best practices to improve the platform
- Mentor and train junior OpenStack engineers to build a strong, capable team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and operating enterprise-grade OpenStack cloud environments
- Extensive knowledge of OpenStack core services (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, etc.) and their integration
- Proficient in scripting and automation using tools like Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform
- Experience with Linux system administration, networking, and storage technologies
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the telecom, financial, or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Certifications in OpenStack, Linux, or cloud technologies
