Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Software Technical Lead. The Software Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing software development projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The Technical Lead will also be involved in programming, database design, software architecture design, testing, and other day-to-day tasks. The Technical Lead will be located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable.

**Qualifications**:
Strong software development skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript
Experience in software design, database design, and software architecture design
Experience in software testing and quality assurance
Excellent leadership skills, with experience in leading and managing software development teams
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 7 - 14 per week
