**Role purpose**:
Act as the Business Intelligence function layer for some strategic projects - to assist in the decision-making process as well as detecting/highlighting issues that may have positive or negative impact on the business.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Responsible for strategic partnership business review
- Help with Capex and Opex reporting, modelling & automation
- Develop different Business Insights and Management Information depending on Level of viewer up to Senior Leadership Team (via APEX, Power BI, etc.)

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Javascript - good to know
- Oracle APEX (Oracle Application Express) - is a must
- Already implemented Oracle Apex full Apps with different data sources
- Professional experience with database architecture and schema design.
- Develop data reporting scripts and operational reports.
- Implement enhancements to optimize databases for management and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the full range of customer information/data management systems and related processes and protocols.
- Create and write SQL code for Reporting database based on customer and internal report specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standard.

- Customer Service/Care experience is an advantage
- Desired- Additional second EU Language is a plus
- Cloud & Security knowledge/experience is a plus
