R&d Pharmacist

Description:
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine basic experiments and reports under close supervision in order to learn more about the basics of development and formulation.
- Preparing CTD file and follow up the deficiency’s letters with coordination of other stakeholders
- Manage product launch activities from procurement to shipping.
- Support the effort of adding new materials suppliers.
- Support R&D scale up and tech transfer projects.
- Lead the effort of reviewing, evaluating, and enhancing processes and formulation of current products.
- Lead, Evaluate, report quality impact improvement activities at site level.
- Support and participate in all operation problem solving and solving any technical issues related to commercial products.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and have the desired results.
- Prepare operation related reports and perform needed analysis for the management.
- Follow up of toll products with toll coordinators from technical side.
- Manage production performance weekly and monthly meetings with all related departments.

**Experience**:

- 3-6 years in R&D and/or Production departments.
- Solid, Sterile Solutions and/or Freeze-dried dosage forms

**Education**:

- Pharmaceutical Science, Bachelor’s degree
