- Work with multiple local sales team to support on submitted deal and promotion in terms of deal validation, deal creation, deal audit and performance report
- Responsible for creating and updating on-site content and merchandising across key categories under Marketplace business.
- Owning customer experience including content auditing, catalog quality and assisting with projects to improve content quality
- Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and Pivot table
Key job responsibilities
- Handling design, tracking, merchandising and owning complete responsibility for all campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on customer behavior including searching, browsing and payments.
- Formulating and executing the marketing plan. This includes new product launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing Amazon site wide events etc.
- Designing and executing successful online customer experiences.
- Identifying problems and opportunities and responding accordingly, engaging cross functional teams where necessary.
- Analyzing and sharing relevant metrics and best practices from the executed initiatives across the organization.
- Developing, testing/experimenting and analyzing new tactics to increase conversion rates and sharing them within the organization.
- Experience with site merchandising, onsite CX optimization, and CMS (content management software) tools
- Prior experience in B2B marketing
- A creative and analytical mind that thrives in a data-driven environment
- Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing program that drive long-term results.
- Ecommerce experience & strong planning and time-management skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
