**Responsibilities**
- Anticipate commercial risks on site (delay or otherwise) and liaises with the contract manager and other team members for a mitigation strategy.
- draft letters to other stakeholders regarding the events related to claims/counterclaims.
- Review MOM’s to ensure Alstom’s commercial interests are protected.
- Prepares and manages all contemporary records and supporting documentation for claims/counterclaims negotiations.
- Ensures timely issuance of contractual notices.
- Support in assessing any claims or variations.
- Support in certifying the progress achieved at the Site, especially if a contractual argument is involved.

**Job Requirement**
- 3-5 years’ experience of working in a Turnkey Project environment, with Contract Management experience
- Engineering Degree.
- Stakeholder Management experience essential
- Experience of Stakeholders Management.
- Experience in Claim Management.
- Familiar with FIDIC contracts.
