**As a Software Development Lead **, you’ll be leading the development of complete MVPs and operations of security products; shaping the development team, product lifecycle, software and infrastructure architecture and how code is transitioned from development to operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team members and be accountable for the team’s execution.
- Manage the performance of productivity of the team.
- Lead and facilitate communication between team members to achieve the best results.
- Supervise technical and non-technical execution of team members.
- Own implementation of full security products MVP from scratch in different programming languages (C++,.Net, Java, PHP, Python...etc.)
- Modify existing software to add new features, correct errors, allow it to function in new operating environments, or improve performance.
- Comply with project coding standards and industry best practices.
- Organize and collaborate on a shared code base, in a team environment, cooperating with co-located and remote team members.
- Participate heavily in planning for software development projects and ensure high level features are concluded according to the planned delivery dates.
- Anticipate possible technical problems based on prior knowledge.
- Balance technical debt, quality and speed of development according to business needs
- Provide guidance and technical advice to the team on areas of experience.
- Design and implement infrastructure to operate security MVP products in a way that ensures fast iterative development using devops principles.
- Write documentation, analysis, and technical full reports.
- Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- 4-7 years of software development experience
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Team leadership and performance monitoring skills
- Experience in measuring and tracking code quality
- Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts
- Experience in software solution and architecture design
- Efficient algorithms and data structures design
- Identify performance problems and write modular/scalable code.
- Debug and trace complex code, communication and infrastructure problems.
- Design database structures from business requirements
- Use advanced database features (triggers, roles, sharding...etc.) to complement and enhance features.
- Bundle, build and integrate internal libraries and services through APIs and messaging.
- Design and lead the team to use code versioning and branching.
- Design and implement infrastructure for operating the software using devops principals.
- Research new technologies and present findings
- Compare pros/cons based on researching problems and decide on a solution that best matches a situation.
- Break down big ambiguous problem into smaller manageable tasks.
- Produces high accuracy output work with keen attention to details.
- Excellent understanding of the full web and mobile stacks
- Juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of their deadlines.
