**Overview of the role**

The Housekeeping Supervisor will support the Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire Cairo festival city. They will perform routine inspections of all check out all city and spot checks of services done at all cities.

**What you will do**
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
- Inspect, routinely, service areas, and store all city buildings and streets.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects.
- Motivate and train staff and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required.
- Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment and consumables.
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including all consumables quality materials.

**What equips you for the role**
- Intermediate Educational Certificate or equivalnet certification.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Applications.
- Analytical thinking and communication with clients.
