**System Administrator & Servers’ Specialist Job Opportunity**

**Number of Vacant Positions**: 1

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
- Secure system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans, safeguards for data, user security policies, and identity management.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
- ITIL Foundation v3/v4 and MCSE preferred.
Ability to manage, upgrade, configure and setup VMware ESX 5.5 and the latest version.
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/Computer Science/Computing or related studies.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience. Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
- Expert at using Docker to implement requirements.
- Using Jira project management tool.
- High experience in using the concept of object-oriented programming (OOD).
- Communication skills, collaboration skills, organizational skills, and time management.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
