HR Operations Executive

As an HR Operations Executive your primary focus is to support the HR Operations team with day to day HR administration tasks.
**In this role, you will**:
**Onboarding & New Joiner**:
- Administer new hire contractual paperwork and assist in conducting HR onboarding sessions.
- Manage data administration for new joiner paperwork and processes.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to employee documentation.
- Ensure accurate data management of social and medical insurance for all employees.
**People Relationships**:
- Support the partnership between the HR Operations Team and employees by addressing questions and resolving work-related issues.
- Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics, including policies, leave management, and any arising concerns.
**Offboarding**:
- Prepare offboarding paperwork and manage related processes using both online and offline internal systems.
- Reporting:
- Generate and provide monthly reports to the HR Operations Manager regarding social and medical insurance statistics.
- Maintain and administer BambooHR, ensuring all employee files are recorded digitally and accurately.
**Miscellaneous**:
- Collaborate with the HR team to execute all operational activities effectively.
- Oversee the maintenance of medical insurance documents, including additions and deletions.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Additional diploma or certification in Human Resources is a plus.
**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR function in a medium to large company.
- Administrative experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and systems.
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
**Skills**
- Exceptional time keeping and planning skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills to work with all levels of seniority internally & externally
- Excellent coordination and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise work requirements
