- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development initiatives with overall company goals. Share insights, provide support, and coordinate efforts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze business development data, such as sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and market trends.
- Identify patterns, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities based on the analysis.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients or partners. Address their concerns, provide support, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
