**Job Brief**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and post job ads across multiple portals and platforms.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in pre-interview assessments and document recruitment processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role (internships or entry-level experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
